We're a South African online academy for Grade R to 12, university support and matric rewrites. Qualified tutors, CAPS-aligned lessons, and a class that fits around your family.
Who are we helping?
How much help is needed?
We're not a video library. Every learner has a real tutor who knows their name, their gaps, and their goals.
Live, one-on-one or small-group sessions with a qualified subject tutor — not a pre-recorded course.
Afternoon, evening and weekend slots, so lessons fit around school, work and everything in between.
From Grade R through to matric, plus rewrite and upgrade support — all mapped to the CAPS curriculum.
Every family has a point of contact at the academy — not a ticket queue or a chatbot.
Whatever stage your family is at, there's a pathway built for it.
Session by session, for the learner sinking in one or two subjects. From R150 a session.
A full CAPS-aligned school year, taught live, Grade R to 12. From R1,800 a month.
Evening and weekend classes built around adults who work. From R2,300 for the 5-month programme.
Module-by-module help for university and TVET students who need extra support to pass.
Stuck on one assignment or project? Get it reviewed and finished properly. From R180 per assignment.
Every learner arrives with a different problem. Open the one that sounds like yours.
For the learner who is coping in most subjects but sinking in one or two. A qualified subject tutor, one hour at a time, until the gap closes.
From R150 a session — cheaper in bundles
A whole school year delivered at home. CAPS-aligned, taught live, with a tutor who knows your child by name and a record you can hand to the department.
From R1,800 a month — or R450 for a single subject
You did not fail, you ran out of time. Rewrite the subjects you need or push a mark high enough to open the door you want. Built around adults who work.
From R2,300 for the 5-month programme
Due date creeping up and stuck on one assignment or project? Book once, no subscription — a subject tutor reviews it with you and helps you finish it properly, not just hands you an answer.
From R180 per assignment — R280 for 48-hour rush

The national framework asks for seven subjects: four everyone takes, three you choose. Pick yours and we will tell you if it works.
These are set by the curriculum. Choose your maths route.
Choose three. Physical Sciences needs core Mathematics.
Every enrolled learner gets the full archive with memos. Have a look at what's inside.
The measure of a school is what happens after the exam.
She went from a 38% in Physical Sciences to a 61% in one term. What changed was that somebody finally explained it at her pace instead of the class's pace.
We pulled both children out of school in April and I was terrified about the paperwork. Istudy walked me through the department requirements step by step.
I wrote matric in 2019 and failed maths. I'm 26 now with a full-time job. Evening classes meant I could actually do it this time.
We also work behind the scenes for schools that need marking or invigilation capacity.

For home education in Grades 1 to 9, yes. Applications close at the end of September for the following year, and you submit to your nearest district office. If you have missed that date, you can still apply and give reasons for the delay — the department may allow it. From Grade 10 the learner must be registered with an education provider for the National Senior Certificate. We help with the records and reports either way.
A smartphone is the minimum. A laptop or tablet with a stable connection is much better, and it makes a real difference in subjects with a lot of written work. If you don't have a device, our basic starter kit includes a tablet, a data bundle and printed CAPS guides for R1,200, or the premium kit includes a laptop, 3 months of LMS access and a toolkit for R2,500.
Assessments and tests run through our platform during the year. Final examinations are written at an accredited exam centre near you. We prepare learners for the paper they will actually sit, and we guide you through the registration for it.
Yes. Most families join us at the start of a term, but we take learners whenever they need us. We run a diagnostic first so the tutor knows exactly where to begin rather than starting from a syllabus page number.
You can. Single subjects run at R450 a month and many families start there, then add more once they see how their child responds. There is no penalty for starting small.
You complete the online application, pay the R300 registration fee, and your child writes a short diagnostic so we can place them properly. We then match a tutor and send the class schedule. Most learners are in their first lesson within a week.
The application takes a few minutes. The registration fee is R300 once off and it covers platform access and the placement diagnostic.
